Doylestown Music Fest 2021 (DMF) is scheduled for the week of Saturday, September 18th to Saturday, September 25th. This year’s celebration culminates in a free outdoor concert on Saturday September 25th from 11am-8pm in the borough’s Dommel Way parking lot (beside Starbucks). The official performance schedule will be finalized by September 1st.
DMF is a grass roots event that supports and promotes local bands and musicians. During this week-long event, local restaurants, bars, cafes, merchants, churches and museums host talented musicians for residents and visitors to enjoy.
Participating venues include Villa Capri, Hops/Scotch 22, Chambers 19, Penn Taproom, M.O.M.s, School of Rock, Siren Records, The Conservatory, Salem Church, Great Barn Brewery, Monkey’s Uncle, Main Street Marketplace, Michener Art Museum, Moravian Pottery & Tile Works and others. In 2019 the DMF had 25 participating venues/merchants in the borough. Over the past three years there have been more than 200 performances during Doylestown Music Fest.
Thank you to all of the following generous sponsors: Visit Bucks County, Rothman Orthopaedic Institute, Winola Health IT, TD Bank, The Conservatory, Nonno’s Italian Coffee Parlor, Pine Run Retirement Community, 611 Metals Recycling, The Learning Experience, Monkeys Uncle, Campbell Agencies, Mitchell’s Medicinals and Doylestown Website Design.
This year will be Doylestown Music Fest’s fourth annual event and they are adding a free outdoor concert to the week-long celebration.
The DMF would also like to hire musicians to perform outside throughout town during the week. The goal is to fill the streets of Doylestown with music!
Sponsorships Available
Doylestown Music Fest is looking for sponsors to fund the free outdoor concert on Saturday September 25, 2021 from 11am – 8pm. The concert will take place in the heart of the borough. Food vendors and local merchants will be invited to participate.
The event is expected to draw many people from around the region and helps to bolster the Community Conservatory of Music here in Doylestown. Sponsorship funding will cover the cost of performers, staging, lighting, sound, insurance, security, staffing, sanitation, marketing and everything else that is required to produce an event like this.
This year the DMF is fortunate to have secured a $4,000 grant from Visit Bucks County and $2,500 from additional sponsors. They are hoping to secure an additional $8,000 for this years event. Sponsorship contributions in all amounts are greatly appreciated and all sponsorship requests will be considered.
Sponsorship contributions and donations are eligible for charitable contribution tax deductions through a partnership with The Conservatory of Doylestown which is a registered 501-C3 non-profit organization that supports area youths through music therapy.
