For some, holiday shopping is a glorious time of year.  For others not so much.  No matter what category you fall into, shopping during the holidays is typically a difficult process as we are bombarded with choices.   

We’ve been spending the last month searching for the best gifts ideas and local shops in the New Hope and Lambertville area to help make your shopping experience a bit more enjoyable.  

4 The Love Of Things – New Hope 

This clothing boutique on S. Main Street is filled with hip fashions for any age.  From sweaters to jeans to winter accessories and tons of Eagles gear.  

Danielle B. Jewelers – New Hope 

Modern and edging designs crafted from the finest materials.  18k gold and high quality diamonds handcrafted in Italy.  Rings, bracelets, necklaces and more located at the foot of the free bridge in New Hope. 

Kitto Optical – New Hope

This isn’t your typical optical store.  The selection here is next level.  Sunglasses and Optical from the best of the best. Jacques Marie Mage, Dior, Akoni, Fendi, Thom Browne and dozens more.  

Fred Eisen Leather – New Hope

For more than 30 years Fred Eisen has been crafting the finest leather products.  From bags to briefcases to purses to belts.  It leather is your style, this shop is you home away from home.  

Scrambled Gallery – New Hope

This small art gallery located at the New Hope Art Center is filled with beautiful paintings, pottery and jewelry from local and regional artists.   Featured artists include Martha Wirkijowski, Kevin Von Holterman, Elian Lorenza and a few dozen more.  

African Masks Plus – New Hope 

With over 1200 pieces on display at this shop you’ll find sculptures, masks and crafts dictated by the social and religious tribes of Africa.  Made from materials such as leather, fabric, wood the variety and selection of products will amaze you.  

Phantasm Comics – New Hope

1,000s of products from comic books to games to figurines to well just about anything you would expect in a comics store.  The options are absolutely endless…Pokémon, Godzilla, Spider-Man, Akira, X-Men, Dracula.  It’s all here.  

Bear Bone Vintage – Lambertville

Located on Church Street in Lamber, this highly curated vintage shop has something for everyone.  From dresses, to tops to jeans to jewelry. If it’s vintage, it’s at Bear Bone. 

Antiques Center at the People’s Store – Lambertville 

Lambertville boasts a reputation as one of the premier locations on the east coast for antiques and The People’s Store could easily be considered the main source for building this reputation.  If you are serious about finding something unique, this is for you.  You could spend an afternoon here and still not see everything.  

Sojourner – Lambertville 

The ultimate location for beads, this gift shop features authentic gifts curated from around the world.  From home furnishings, jewelry, pottery, art and fashion.  

Panoply Books – Lambertville 

From out of print to special editions, this shop has the most unusual and eclectic collection in the region.  Art, vinyl and magazines can be found here as well.  

Big Bear Gear – Lambertville 

Shopping for an outdoor lover? Big Bear Gear is the only shop you’ll ever need. No matter the season, this store located in an old barn has apparel, footwear, camping gear and the list goes on and on. 

Savour – Lambertville 

A quick look through the window and you’ll know you have arrived at a cheese lovers paradise.  But this is much more than a cheese shop as you’ll find sauces and preserves and salami.  

A Mano Galleries 

For nearly 40 years, A Mano Galleries has been the home of one of the biggest art and gift galleries for miles.  Local and regional artisans fill this multi store front shop located at the 5 and Dime building.  Art, glass, pottery, home furnishings, games and more.
